Great quality products

Great quality products. The quality of dbrand products has always been great. I am a repeat customer and when it is time to switch to a new phone, I will be one again. I do not know of any company who make a better case than dbrand.

Beware of your personal data

I added a product to my cart, added my personal info, then had to quickly do something else. When I came back I had an email in my inbox, from some stupid dbrand ai agent, spamming me with things like "Does clickbait work, fix your mistake and click the button to pick up where you left off". I don't recall that I consented to contact me before I even bought a product. At this point I decided to not get the Grip Case from them, but buy a premium case from a competitor.

"Robot 053 is a masterpiece of engineering. The support was fast, witty, and resolved my issue with zero friction. It’s rare to see a company stand behind their products so confidently. My S25 Ultra is happy, I am happy, and my faith in our future robot overlords is restored. 10/10."

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, rectified an order mistake that I made even though they didn't have to. Thank you so much, dbrand, you're the best! (Also have had my grip case for over a year now and it's THE BEST, has saved my screen from cracks soooo many times, no other case has ever held up so well!)

Excellent quality and shipping

I’ve purchased a switch 2 case and steam deck case from Dbrand this year and both have been incredible quality. But the thing that impressed me the most was how quick the shipping was. From Canada to Uk it was less than 5 working days. Highly recommend the two products I have purchased from them especially.

Colour me impressed by everything…

Colour me impressed by everything DBrand! I’ll be using you guys for all of my devices going forward, and I do not mind at all that I need to wait slightly longer to get it from overseas - your customer service, speed of service, quality of packaging, and the product itself are genuinely outstanding - I’d heard good things on Reddit and I now completely get the hype!

Excellent customer service despite courier issues

I had an unfortunate delivery experience caused by the courier, where my parcel was handled improperly and arrived damaged. However, dbrand’s customer support handled the situation exactly the way great customer service should work.

They responded quickly, acknowledged the problem without shifting responsibility, and arranged a replacement immediately without unnecessary back-and-forth or complicated procedures. The communication was clear, professional and solution-focused from start to finish.

Mistakes can happen during shipping, but what really matters is how a company responds — and dbrand handled it perfectly. Highly recommended for both their products and their support.

The shame I felt when I realized I paid 30 dollars for a sticker

The shame I felt when it all hit and I realized I payed 30 dollars for a pretty sticker. As I applied it myself, a little wonky, a little imperfect, I sighed. Everything about this product that is bad is bad because it's a sticker. I sighed more thinking about how the sticky edges around the camera bevel are going to collect germs and dust before becoming gummy. Regret

They have great marketing 🥴🥴

good cases horrible screen protectors

i love their grips for steam deck but i bought a screen protector for the steam deck an it left a horrible unfixable bubble on the corner due to the adhesive. i got one for my rog ally x an the thing happened. getting it alined perfectly is almost impossible. once its placed thats it. please make a alignment case. its 2026…using two tabs to line up a 7inch screen does not match their “futuristic robot” theme they got going.
