The fee you’re referring to is the Dormant Fee outlined in our Terms and Conditions. This fee is charged only after an account remains inactive for more than 90 days, and the amount is $25 per month. We implement this fee to maintain the operational costs associated with inactive accounts. We ensure that all clients know this policy when they open their accounts.
Regarding the closure of your account, this decision was made after a thorough investigation. Your account was introduced to our company by a huge Pakistani scammer called "Danish" who had also been banned from several other trading platforms due to fraudulent activity. Unfortunately, after a thorough investigation, we found crucial evidence indicating that this individual was operating several accounts, including yours, which led us to close your account in line with our compliance procedures.
We understand this may be frustrating, but these measures are in place to protect our platform and the integrity of our trading environment. If you would like to discuss this further or need additional clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
