In the shop they did all they could to offer me a tumble dryer.
They managed to deliver and install the next day. Amazing service.
However, my choice in the product was very disappointing. The water tray you empty every use is practically on the floor. I am 77 and find it difficult getting down that far.
The door opens the wrong way to get my washing out of the machine and straight into the dryer.
Finally the fluff collector is so difficult to open. I made a bad choice.
Is there anything you can do to exchange it for a different model, pretty please???

Service is excellent, this is our second purchase from DB. Each time, the attention given at the point of sale was friendly and efficient, the item was delivered within the time slot given. Brought in to our home carefully and a good introduction given to the item. Can't fault any aspect of their service. Will certainly stay using them for any of the goods they sell.

Lewis kindly sent me pictures of sunningdale and belgravia opti v fire stoves ( as i didnt like mirror effect of belgravia in back of stove). I chose the Sunningdale and Stef was really helpful in the ordering and arranging delivery of Sunningdale. It is perfect and because of lack of mirror in back makes it look so much more real. First class service from start to finish. We ordered large French style fridge freezer which we realised after we got home would not fit.after speaking to Tom, who spent a great deal of time with us, we found a perfect alternative in the same style.
The new item was ordered and the original order cancelled without any fuss. Today the new appliance was delivered and as we have come to expect from previous items we have bought, the delivery guys were so kind, patient and made sure that the item was installed without any marks or damage and that we were happy with everything No mean feat considering the size and the removal of doors to get it into the house.
I have never been disappointed by the team at DB domestics and would highly recommend them for all appliances
