Very friendly and professional staff. Answered all questions that I had and put my mind at ease explaining all about hiw to use the washing machine. Delivered on time,, connected up and left. Unfortunately when I used machine next morning I discovered a leak. Phoned them and they were very apologetic and sent someone back to have a look. Just needed connection tightened up. Well done to everyone at DB Domestics, you all do a great job.

Easy experience all through
This was an easy purchase online for a stand alone small chest freezer. It was easy to compare and order and sort a delivery date. I got a phone call within an hour of the order from the store to confirm the delivery and give me a time (9-1). Guys turned up, set it up and turned it on. Perfect.

Delivery guys were brilliant
Purchase in store and booking the delivery was easy. The delivery guys were great! The appliance was a bit fiddly to get in the space and level (on our unlevel floor) but they would not be beaten. I could have got the appliance slightly cheaper from a big online brand but wouldn't have had the same level of care and precision from them!

Yesterday I spoke to Sue who was friendly, efficient and most helpful.
Today my new integrated fridge freezer was delivered by a couple of guys, friendly, efficient, on time. Old one removed and taken away, very competitive pricing as well.
