SCAM ALERT: 8 Days Delay & FAKE Support Email - Query 14672211

"I have been waiting for my withdrawal for 8 days. The transaction is marked 'Success' but no money reached my Orange Cash. My Query 14672211 is ignored. Today, agent 'Aubrey' gave me a FAKE email that DOES NOT EXIST (Deliver Failure). This is a scam tactic to avoid providing the RRN. I demand a Manual Rollback now. User ID: [1608395741]"

A lying

A lying, fraudulent site! Everything is filled out, everything is validated, and they don't credit any bonuses! I've made many deposits with them. They've been writing for 11 days now that they're investigating. They haven't responded for 11 days, a lying, fraudulent gang! A fraudulent site, I don't even understand why they let it operate!

Withdrawal blocked, winnings confiscated without clear evidence

I had a very negative experience with DBbet.

After submitting all standard KYC documents and requesting a withdrawal, my account was permanently closed by the security department.
The operator accused me of rule violations without providing any specific evidence or details.

I was allowed to withdraw only my deposited funds, while all legitimately won funds were withheld.
Additionally, during the verification process I was asked to provide a medical certificate confirming the absence of gambling addiction, which is not a standard KYC requirement.

I formally disagreed with this decision, but the operator stated that the decision was final and that further communication would be ignored.

I am sharing this experience so other players are aware of how withdrawals and account closures are handled by this operator.

After publishing my review, I found multiple similar cases where DBbet closed accounts after verification and confiscated deposits and winnings using the same wording from their security department.
This confirms that my case is not isolated but part of a recurring pattern.

Fraud and account closure

Yesterday I registered an account, replenished the account with 99 dollars, made only one bet and decided to check the withdrawal. They asked for documents. After a long conversation, attaching photos and all accompanying facts confirming that the account is mine and the bets were made by me, they said that they decided to close the gaming account. What, how, why and for what reason - is unclear. I gave them 99 dollars and honestly won the bet. How can I get my money back? ID 1377604641

They requested the documents during withdrawal, I successfully provided everything and passed verification.
Today we received a response from the security service: "We would like to inform you that we have decided to terminate cooperation with you (close the gaming account) based on the General Provisions of the BC Rules. They just closed the account and didn't even refund my deposits, let alone the winnings. And the amount of my deposits is 150 dollars, they appropriated them for themselves, without even returning the deposits.Scammers!

I won 216,000,000 UZS (approximately…

I won 216,000,000 UZS (approximately $17,000) on db-bet.com and requested a withdrawal. At first, the withdrawal request was approved, but just 10 minutes later it was declined and a message appeared requesting identity verification.

On July 26, 2025, I submitted a photo of my ID card to the security department. Then they asked me to send a photo of myself holding the ID card in front of our chat conversation. I complied, and they responded that my documents were accepted and are being reviewed.

Five days passed. On July 31, 2025, they requested utility bills. I immediately submitted them that same day. Again, I received the message: “Your documents are under verification. Please wait.”

Three days later, on August 3, they asked for even more documents — my driver’s license. I sent both my driver's license and my international passport. I also asked them why they didn’t request all documents at once. Their only response was the same generic message: “Your documents are under verification. Please wait.”

As of today, it has been 9 days since my initial submission, and there is still no resolution or payment. Why are they dragging this out by requesting new documents every 3–5 days? If they were professionals, they would have asked for all documents on the first day.

I have strictly followed all terms and conditions. I have not broken any rules. In my opinion, they are deliberately delaying the payout by stretching out the verification process.

Other users should be aware that db-bet.com delays large payments and prolongs the verification process unnecessarily. This experience has been very frustrating and unacceptable.
