Our wall lights came exactly has promised. We had some confusion on use of a dimmer switch, with no instructions we did not know a dimmer would not work. The company was quick to respond and the problem was solved. Follow up to make sure we were satisfied was excellent.

Ordered 2 beautiful post lights but one arrived broken. These guys were very responsive to resolve my problem and replace the broke light! Very professional and although one was damaged in transit, really great quality purchase

Customer service got back to me with measurements after a few days. Was super helpful in additional questions we had about the lights as well. Can’t wait to get our order as we have very high hopes for these lights!

Relatively easy to order.
Only problem I had was that my credit card was declined initially; and I had to call my credit card company. We figured it out. They were concerned because your company is located outside the US, which I knew - hoping that will not be a problem or cause a terrible delay.

The item showed up damaged, and it took too long to get here. If you call yourself Dazuma USA, then most of the items should be located here, and we should not have to wait for it to come from France and sit in customs for weeks.

We are very pleased with the lights we ordered. The quality is excellent and we have ordered two more to match. The shipping time is quite lengthy, but that is not entirely in the company’s control.

I ordered eight lights for my pillars. They were delivered excellently packaged and assembled. The lights are heavy and extremely well made. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Their customer support team is amazing and helpful. If I could give Dazuma USA six stars I would.
