2 weeks ago they offered "Place a £10 betbuilder and receive a Free £10 bet". I opted in placed the required bet and waited for the bet to settle so I could claim my £10 free bet. Before the bet could settle (unbeknown to me) they sent me an email saying they had placed restrictions on my account and that I could not receive any offers, in other words they entered into a contract with me and changed the goalposts after I had placed the bet.

I deposited £10 to get 100 free spins. Guess how much I win in 100 free spins £0.05 hahaha what an amazing bonus. Scammers Avoid, their aim is to get you to deposit money and still , but from they will get a block and negative feedback to warn other people

For those complaining about withdrawals you should try using Skrill or any other electronic wallet app to recharge and withdraw your money from the app. I used Skrill and it worked for both recharging and withdrawal

Absolute garbage app. Freezes every 2 seconds, bonus offers do not get credited unless you contact them via chat, which in itself is soul destroying trying to speak to customer service agents who cannot spell or string a sentence together. These scammers then outright lied about me being informed of the account being unable to receive offers, saying i was made aware of this prior to depositing, which is complete rubbish as i had deposited, placed a bet, won the bet, even withdrawn some of the winnings, prior to receiving the email.

I won £60 from free spins this morning and requested a withdrawal at 10 am. However, the withdrawal has still not been processed. Live chat refused to register my complaint or provide contact details for the relevant team. Instead, they told me:

"The withdrawal is in initiated status.. If processed successfully, it can take up to 1-5 days as per your bank. If not it will be reverted back to your DAZNBET account."

I have no idea what “if processed successfully” means in this context, but I am not confident that I will ever see my money...
