I had endless freezing and timeout…
I had endless freezing and timeout issues using the platform, rendering it untradeable. Support said it was my fault, that my internet connection was not good enough.
I use Tradovate, Ninja Trader, TradingView and Quantower to trade without issue on other firms, so my internet connection is not the issue.

Our support team did take the time to review the connection logs associated with your account when the ticket was opened. Based on the data we were able to see from the platform, there were repeated indications of a very unstable connection between your device and the trading servers during the time you were attempting to trade. That type of connection instability can unfortunately lead to the freezing or timeout behavior you described.
That said, we always want to make sure we get things right. If you believe our assessment may have been incorrect, we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to take another look. Please feel free to open a new support ticket and our team will be happy to review your case again in detail and work with you to identify the cause.
Our goal is always to help traders have the best possible experience on the platform, and we are more than happy to assist further.
Great Team and Excellent Payout Automated Process
They are great with all clear rules. Once I completed my target and requested payout, their automated system immediately validated all rules and got transfer initiated.
