The tours that I booked were delivered efficiently and on time Booking through Daytous4u was simple and took the pressure off me

The driver failed to pickup as arranged
A replacement was found only after we had to phone the venue
The office for Days was unanswered

I will not give a satisfactory opinion because the service was not performed. They didn't pick me up at the airport in the early hours of my arrival, and because I totally lost confidence I demanded the cancellation of all my purchases. Transfer to the hotel (which did not) return to the airport and the two open bus tickets.
And besides these acquisitions I had to pay the taxi from Ezeiza to the hotel and it was more than 1 am, with a child on top. A complete nonsense.

I am awaiting instructions for these refunds. .................................................................................................. Não foram me buscar no Aeroporto na madrugada que eu cheguei, e por perder totalmente a confiança eu exigi o cancelamento de todas as minhas compras. Transfer ida para o hotel (que não fizeram) volta para o aeroporto e os dois bilhetes de ônibus abertos.
E além dessas aquisições eu tive que arcar com o taxi de Ezeiza até o hotel e já era mais de 1h da manha, com uma criança ainda por cima. Um completo absurdo.

Eu estou aguardando as instruções desses reembolsos.

Excellent experience, well managed, enthuiastic and knowledgable staff, and a wonderfull day with good mix of participants.

We booked the Tango Piazolla dinner and show which included a free tango lesson, plus we paid for transportation. The booking through Daytours4U was very easy but somehow we never got on the list for the pick-up at our hotel. We waited 40 minutes past the pick-up time and finally the hotel front desk called Piazolla. They were very helpful and offered to pay for a taxi to get us there. However, we arrived late for the free lesson, which was the reason why we chose this option over others. The people at Piazolla were great, the food was excellent with great service and we enjoyed the show. So, I am not sure how our name was missed. Was it a mixup with the Daytours4U booking?

Excellent arrangement and professional services.

Very nice tour with friendly and professional staff. The boat trip to glacier was the highlight and it was interesting to be able to get up really close.

A wonderful tour. Our guide was knowledgeable about art and history and she took us to see art we would never have seen by ourselves. We learned a lot about Argentina. We were very glad we signed up.

The guide was great and very interesting to talk to.

Was a great experience for a family day, there some little things to improve, but i'm sure you are working about that.

The day in Montevideo was very nice. We saw all the most important places in this city and ate very tasty lunch. The tour guide told us a lot of interesting things about Montevideo and Uruguay. What is more, the employees of the tour agency were very helpful and changed our reservation for the next day (which was very important for us due to flight change). I can highly recommend this tour to Montevideo :)

Very friendly and professional tour guide. Made our short layover visit to Buenos Aires enjoyable and informative.

We were booked for 2 tours but when the guide showed up for the Colonia tour, which we were really looking forward to and wanting to see, she spoke no English so they asked if we could reschedule but that was not possible on the days they offer tours, so we never got to the destination we most wanted to see. Our 2nd tour was to Punta del Este and that guide tried her best at English and we appreciate that but didn’t get too much of it. With that said, the sites we saw and the tour itself combined with the driver and guide it was worth the money and we enjoyed the day.

I really enjoyed my tour at the Teatro colón and the palaces near by the place.
It was a fantastic dive into Argentine history.
I highly recommended this agency really great and answer quickly to your questions 👍

Don’t bother booking with his company! I tried to book online and the website recorded my information incorrectly. Rather than wait at the bus stop for the correction to be made, I booked with another company and asked for a refund. Their response was “we are not robots and you will be charged a cancellation fee”. There is another tour available at half the price and immediate online booking.
