We completely understand how frustrating it can be when the wins you’re hoping for haven't come your way. DAYMADE is a game of chance; big wins can’t be guaranteed. Our small wins, like Tokens, are designed to give everyone a little celebration along the way, even if it’s just for matching a number. Tokens give you more ways to play and enjoy the game. You can use them in Token Town for Instant Draws and the Pound Raffle (both always have a guaranteed winner!) or save them up for other prizes. You can also check out our How It Works page for more info.

If you’d like to pause or cancel your subscription, you can do this anytime through your account, or just drop us a line at hello@daymade.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

We’ve had a close look at your account and can see that you got in touch about cancelling your subscription. We provided guidance on how to do this. We then actioned a cancellation of your subscription in response to your follow-up request, so no further payments have been taken since then.

We’re not able to refund entries that have already been submitted into draws, as these have now closed, and we need to keep things fair for everyone taking part. We’re really sorry if this caused any confusion, please note that players can cancel their subscription at any time by clicking the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button on the My Subscription page. We’re sorry you missed this!

Just so you know, you don’t have to use your treats just for tree planting! You can turn them into DAYMADE Tokens and redeem them in Token Town, where you can enter raffles, boost your entries, grab extra premium entries, or even save them for a Bronze, Silver, or Gold prize - giving you even more ways to play and win.

Having fun while playing DAYMADE is our top priority, and of course, if it doesn’t feel right for you, you can cancel your subscription anytime directly through your account.

As a game of chance, the more numbers you match, the bigger the prizes you can choose from. Our smaller prizes are our way of giving back, even for matching just one number in our Weekly Draws. And remember, you don’t have to pick free premium entries with your treats; you can also choose DAYMADE Tokens or even plant trees. Tokens can be spent in Token Town to enter raffles or saved up to redeem prizes.

If you’d like to adjust your weekly spend, Premium players can join draws from just £2.95 a week, and you can update your weekly entries anytime through your DAYMADE account. We also offer a Lite option (from £1.50 a week), a free plan, or the option to play by post.

We really appreciate you giving DAYMADE a go!
