I can see that you got some bad reviews for bad customers service and cheap looking not gold plated jewelry?
I have a totally different experience.
I received my jewelry in beautiful packages wrapped in beautiful paper.
The jewelry were really nice and pretty and good quality and if there were anything that I wanted to help with, they were willing to help immediately.

The only thing that’s a little bit disappointed for me is that my lotus ring started to fade( but I wear it a lot)😊 other than that they are so sweet and give perfect service and the beautiful jewelry really makes a difference for me.🥰

I have purchased jewelleries from Daya three times. I had a big delay on shipping due to some shipping issues twice but Daya has made sure it gets delivered to my home in New Zealand. Their customer service has been amazing (I actually work in customer service area and I believe they have delivered fast and kind service)
Absolutely good price for the products. Unfortunately it seems to be there is a copy of Daya products are going around so please be wary. I don’t think the product quality will be as amazing as Daya’s.

I got myself the chakra necklace and the rising ring - moonstone. I love how these pieces makes me feel. They came in such a beautiful packaging with my personal name and lavender flowers 🥹. Shipping was fast.

Honestly Daya has been one of my favorite brands for some years now. I love every piece I got from them and always felt supported. I also have to say that they always clear up any questions. Would not buy my jewelry anywhere else.

Furthermore they stated that they cannot pay back the shipping costs as they are a small company. Of course I disagreed with this as there is 1) no hint for that on the website and 2) if a broken product is involved it's my lawful right as a customer to sent this back without any other fee occurring on my site. Daya Jewelery asked me to close the case on Pay Pal because otherwise they cannot return my money. They said it would normally take 3-7 business to return the money once the case is closed but they would speed up my process. Now +10 days have passed and still there is no refund. Also there is no way to contact Daya Jewelery again over Pay Pal, as the case is closed. This is a scam company, please be very careful. I will take legal actions! Besides that ... the quality of the products is absolutely not worth the money. It's very cheap fabricated. It doesn't matter if there is supposedly a good cause behind it with supporting projects in India. The quality is bad and so is the customer service! A big thumbs down!

My husband got me a ring as present but it's a little small. I've emailed 4 times to ask first about exchange or refund. No reply. I then put a negative review to moan about the lack of customer service and only then I got acknowledge saying someone would be in touch. 2 weeks have past, I've emailed again and still no reply.
Oh and also to mention my negative review "suspiciously" disappeared.
If you get to see my review before it gets deleted steer clear, something isn't right.
And regarding the product the quality is nothing like I was expecting. Design is lovely but feel very very cheap

I've been a customer for over years and I spent more than 200 Euro's in total only to find out they get their products from Alibaba (AliExpress). For example, one of their most popular necklaces that they sell for 99 Euro's can be found for less than 7 Euro's on Alibaba. I've never felt so scammed in my life before.

I recently bought three rings. It amounted to CHF 139.00. Firstly, they got my order wrong and gave me two of the same ring but the biggest issue for me was that two of the rings had been damaged. The calla ring was clearly chipped with a fracture running across the stone, and the moonstone had a clear fracture (which I can chip with my nail) running across. I expressed my concerns and at first she assumed I didn't understand the difference between a chipped, fracture or a natural fault line. I don`t mind fault lines. I understand they occur and I would of happily have worn them if this was the case. I wish I could post a photo to demonstrate how obvious the damage is. I sent the two rings back in the understanding I would get the damaged rings replaced. The post cost me an additional CHF 40.00. Two weeks go by I eventually receive the rings back in a damaged, stapled envelope with some tape around the edges with the EXACT same chipped and fractured rings. I have spent CHF 180 on three rings which two I can`t wear. These rings come from India and I know the maximum I would of payed there would be no more than CHF 10 for the three rings. I assume the rings got damaged because they were put in the same tiny box with no protection of any cushioning while in post resulting in them bashing against each other. Its not worth buying from them not just for the shocking service but the metal is also not the best quality, and is not worth the price they are charging.

I ordered a 40 euro ring, I was fairly happy when it arrived, but after not even 2 weeks of wear it started greying on the interior part and shows scratches, even though it should be "gold plated". It's 100% not, you can get better quality in street fairs. I tried posting a 2 star review on their website with photos and surprise surprise, it is not there. Save your money and order from proper artists.

Later edit: they answered the review I posted on their website, offered me a refund saying that the coat was probably not applied properly and a discount code. However, the review I wrote about the ring is still not posted on the website.

I got the chakra necklace for my birthday and have worn it for a couple of months now. I thought I would leave a message here as I see a lot of reviews with bad experience but i even worn my necklace on holiday in the swimming pool and sea and it still looks beautiful. No oxidation what so ever 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have the sterling silver one.
And till this day I am very happy with it! ❤️

ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!

bought a £60 ring that's states its Sterling silver only after 6 hours of wear it turned my finger green and when I tried to call them about the issue the number doesn't work!

I recently bought a chakra necklace. The design is so pretty. It came in a paper envelope and looked like it was made with gold-painted plastic. It looks like something you would buy from bitter sweet or ardene for $15, except I paid $160CAD, after duties. Vomit.

I loved the design of the items, so bought quite some pieces. 6 to be exact. All items leave the green color on the skin within few hours. Necklaces and rings. I would not buy again based on the lack of quality.

Don’t buy from this website! I wore this necklace out one evening dancing and in bed overnight, in the morning it looked it was peeling. It claims to be ‘Pure Brass’ but a green film was coming off and the necklace was silver underneath. I have not experienced this with any of my other Brass pieces purchased elsewhere over the years. I contacted them. They asked for photo evidence, I then had to pay to send it back to them, they asked for more details, and I still didn’t receive a refund.

Ordered the Chakra necklace, wore it once and oxidated. Expensive crap made from cheapest metal ever.

I ordered a pair of earrings, and paid around 100 dollers for them. But I never received them. I wrote to the firm twice, but nothing came out of it. I suspect, that this firm is fake. I also suspect, that some of the possitive recommendations are written by the firm itself.

I have bought many rings from Daya, bracelate and necklaces, and I love each of them. They are to me good quality, and my jewl.allways arrive on time. Daya has allways communicated back if I contacted them, but I had zero complaints. Daya has good price, and I love their sale time :-).

Very bad quality of the jewelry! Bought a '18k' gold necklace. Was totaly discoloured within 3 months. Gold plated ring came in totally bended and was turning blue after one time washing my hands. Shame on you, Daya Jewelry!

The quality of this jewelry is terrible. I bought two rings from them. The first lost it’s gold finish within the first week and was silver. Then the silver finish started to wear off on part of it and it’s yellow on the band. The second ring has a stone that looked nothing like what was on their website. I reached out to the company and they told me that they would send me a replacement. They did but the stone of the replacement fell out the first day I wore it. Last time I will ever order from them. Their jewelry is awful.

Designs are really pretty but the quality is incredibly cheap. I ordered a necklass that lost all of it's color in less than a day of wearing (no contact with water, just the contact with my skin apparently discolored it entirely). I also got a ring that feels like it's mostly plastic, and every item with an embeded stone looks like the stone is on the verge of falling out. It's a shame because most of their designs are unique and impossible to come by elsewhere, but I would definitely not waste any more money on them.
