If Daxtools would answer the webchat, everything would be fine. Tried to contact both on webchat and via email as there is no phone number. Roughly 4 hrs later no reply, so it looks like lost business for Daxtools.

Ordered a Milwaukee die grinder
Ordered a Milwaukee die grinder, order was never dispatched, emailed Dax Tools multiple times and never received a response, having to go through bank to get a refund.

The information to put it all together seems lacking and I could not find one pic of the spring and it was not itemised on the instructions. I am now trying to find out how to buy two batteries and a charger and can't locate that on your site..... Its an Einhell
