There are lots of leads but no monitoring. Clients takes interviews takes the contact number of candidates but then close the role saying closed internally i am not sure if adequate monitoring is been done or not. I had bid on so many positions sent so many CVs but all roles got closed internally.
Employer's response is not good. Your system regarding to receive payment from Employer is not good. Employer takes Candidates Contact numbers and they directly start dealing with Candidates. And we lost of fee. Soon i am going to leave your website. I submited 20 candidates but Employers even don't response quickly. I repent i waisted my time using your services and website. Sorry to say. Your website is only giving benefits to Employers and to yourself. You have no strong system.
