Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs — worst service I've ever experienced. I had multiple virtual offices with them. For one location, their agent scheduled a virtual walk-through, confirmed everything was set, and I flew down for it — spending thousands on the trip. When I arrived, I wasn't able to record the video. I transferred to a different location, went through the entire process again, and same result. They flat-out lied to me.
I canceled my account, and they are STILL debiting my cards for accounts I've canceled multiple times and don't use. They've promised over and over to escalate to a manager — not one person has ever called me back, and they refuse to refund me.
I deal with predatory contracts professionally, and this company checks every box. Save yourself the headache and use Alliance Virtual Offices instead.

I wish I could give negative zero stars. This company is predatory. They take customers money and then talk rude and nasty to them when they ask any questions. I spoke to a representative by the name of Juanita. She was so rude and nasty. Witnesses could not believe how nasty she was and even more so that she represented a company. Steer clear of this company by all means necessary and any company affiliated with them. They lack professionalism, scam artists, and have predatory business practices to consumers. They are refusing to provide me with a refund. I signed up yesterday 7/23/2026 and canceled officially in writing and by phone today 7/24/2026. That’s not even a full 24 hours and they did not provide the service I paid for. This is a warning to all potential consumers. Do not use this company!!!!!

I did communicate with Brandi, who assured me the issue would be resolved and a refund would be issued. However, I do not see a refund initiated as of yet. I did reach out to her again about my refund via email. I have not received a reply yet.

When I first called, I was very frustrated, yet she remained polite and professional. I was impressed with her knowledge, demeanor and dedication to her job.
