Incredibly lousy service. There were five (!) people working when I visited shop but they were all unable to offer any sort of help. Maybe it’s some sort of gimmick? All employees spoke rudely to each other and one of them had the audacity to fart loudly right in front of me when I finally got around to pay. Also the store is papered with half-pornographic posters. Charming when shopping for your 7 y. o. We’re appalled!

Not a fan. They do not stand behind their products. Great at selling but after that you are on your own. The BB on my x bike failed after only 800km on the 8 month old bike. I was informed this is normal! 🧐
I what world does a cranck fail after 800km!? Even in extreme miss use that is not normal. The bike was only 8months old but there was nothing to come after since the amount is under the minimum requirement for creating a consumer case.
The spare part BB cost 3x more than the net price. Will not use them again and I am super dissipointed since I had the initial impression they where top.
