This merchant is fraudulent and a dodgy MF that sells defective products and refuses to honour their so-called 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Forget about any money-back refund if things go wrong, as they only waste your time with emails offering discounts on their inferior product.

I have never felt so violated as a consumer and would strongly recommend that you stay away from their website and the associated company, SINGAPORE EXPLORE OCEAN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.

This is a scammer website do not use!!!! They send us a confirmation then said there was a large delay with shipping the order, no shipping confirmation was sent and no stock received, you have been warned.

False advertising - products are extremely bad quality and not as represented or priced. Don't waste your time ordering anything.

Rogues and thieves. The shirt delivered bore no resemblance to what I ordered. Absolute cheap crap. Plasticy material, thin as paper, horrendous stiching. Not worth 50 cents. Do not waste your money with these thieving bastards. They use stolen photographs off legitimate websites to advertise clothing.

Extremely poor quality items that are not as shown on the website. Cheap material, not labelled and nothing like the website images! Products shipped from China (which isn't clear when you buy). Will not allow return items ( despite what the website says). Do not fall for it!

This store is set up to extract $$ and will send poor quality items then refuse refunds or return shipping. Avoid at all costs.

When I received my purchase, the garment bore no resemblance to the "cashmere" sweater which I had purchased. It was of poor quality and looks more like polyester. However, as there are no labels on the garment stating what material it is made of, it's difficult to determine. One thing for sure is that it's not cashmere as stated. When I complained and asked the company to honour both the 30-day money back guarantee and the return policy stated on their website, they responded stating "As a small business, we are currently unable to accept returns and are unable to bear the additional cost of returns at this time. We fully understand your disappointment and regret that we are unable to meet your request for a return."
It is evident that they don't understand my disappointment but I'm sure others will appreciate my frustration and I hope this prevents other honest hard working New Zealanders from spending money on this website!
