This is the second time I have done business with David James, Kylan was most helpful gaving a good buy back price for my vehicle, hassle free collection and payment made promptly on the day hand over.

Recently sold my M240i through David James and was an absolute pleasure to deal with!
Other garages had either quoted unrealistic prices, or had an attitude as if they didn't care about the car or customer. Kylan reached out and helped get all the details finalised within a couple of days, and the car was collected the following week.
Was sad to see the car go but couldn't have left it in better hands!

I filled out a valuation online and Kylan came back quickly with an offer I was happy with. Ian travelled 5 hours to collect the car, he confirmed the car was as described and I had the full price agreed paid into my bank allowing me to buy my new car the same day.

I honestly couldn’t recommend DJL enough if you’re selling a performance car. Sold my Golf R to them this morning and the whole experience was spot on from start to finish. They offered around 10% more than both WeBuyAnyCar and the dealer part-exchange, which immediately stood out.

Got a 2017 Audi s3 in April 2025. Chris sold me the car on hire purchase and the whole process was smooth and easy. Very respectful staff and helpful.

A short while later I noticed blue smoke coming from the exhaust on startup. After going back and forth with Jamie from the service department the whole engine had to have an overhaul which cost them thousands. A year later the car has been perfect and I haven’t had any bother since. Top customer service and genuine company. They didn’t have to do this as my standard warranty wouldn’t have covered it.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and will definitely return in future if I fancy a change!
