Wow! I am joining all these 5* reviews I see about David Andrew Estates. I have been in touch with Kasim at Stroud Green recently, and I was so impressed with his amazing customer service, professionalism, and patience. I would strongly recommend David Andrew Estates if you want to have a smooth experience while renting a property. I am so grateful!

Top quality sales and letting agents. No funny business like you get with many estate agents. Fees are entirely transparent and fair (no one off fees buried in the T&Cs etc). On several of my properties I have to let with David Andrew we have undertaken major repairs which have been fully managed for us. This has been of huge benefit and particular thanks to Cristina who has been excellent at coordinating and communicating throughout.

We have been searching for a flat to buy for over a year, and throughout that time we have dealt closely with Salma and Dea at David Andrews. They have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish – organised, efficient, and providing the best customer experience I’ve ever had when dealing with agents.

As first-time buyers, we had many questions, and they patiently guided us through every step of the process, offering clear advice and support at all times. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one.

I had the experience of working with David Andrews Archway through my flat in Archway/Tufnell Park. I worked predominantly with Cristina who was incredibly helpful and responsive. I always received a response within a timely and thorough manner and when I needed help on close out procedures with the flat, all is transparent. Highly recommend.

Rented with David Andrew in Finsbury Park for over a decade and the property management office was always great, Theo in particular, they always responded quickly, got contractors out to handle any urgent issues (electricity, plumbing, heating) within 24hrs. They also were really professional and accommodating when they were arranging visits for the flat. Highly recommended!

David Andrew managed our property in Archway for 6 years, and then managed the sale process. At all times, we found them to be highly responsive, highly compotent agent. This was particularly important as we were living overseaas the entire time. When we came to sell, David Andrew made the process very easy. Within 10 days, they had bids from 4 buyers. With their recommended Conveyancer, the sale was complete in 2 months. Big thanks to Anusha, Greg and Todd - you are all legends!

Worked with David Andrews over an extended period to rent my London flat, and they managed two renting periods with different tenants. They handled the management of the property in a professional manner, and in particular the transition between tenants. Particular thanks to Francois and Daria who managed any day to day issues for the tenants and finances and when any problems/issues arose (eg. repairs, inspections etc…) they were managed in a timely fashion. Whilst as landlord I did have to get involved at certain times, the DA team greatly facilitated the overall rental experience.

David Andrews have been great property managers! Our manager Francois has been attentive and made the transition of settling into our new home really smooth. He really makes us feel like a priority and is quick to fix any issues we have. We definitely feel like we're in safe hands!

David Andrews are my go to Estate Agents in the Highbury area when I need landlord letting services. What I needed was not a standard let, it had to be tailored to suit a specific requirement. I did a bit of research on pricing and found they were very competitively priced. I worked with Adrian this time, who was great. Once he was clear on what I needed, he made contact with the tenants and had all the necessary checks completed and the contract drawn up before our deadline. I am grateful that I can always rely on these guys.
