SCAM
SCAM! This site makes money off people who try to date by using fake profiles with AI-generated photos and text, and once you buy credits to talk to these fake people, presumably their employees, hired to chat with you, you lose your credits and your money. And everything costs credits there-to read messages, to chat, to view videos, everything! AVOID!

This is a scam! I suspected the free members were hired employees. With little on line research - I found that this app is part of the Social Discovery Group (they have around 60 different platform). Well .. I did some further digging and found a job posting that is called "Companion" or "part time Freelance". The job description? "Companions" help elderly feel less alone - through warm and regular communication. The format is remote, and the interaction can take place through both calls and messages. So don't waste your time and hard earned money because many of the people on that chat exists to keep you connected, so you can continue paying for all of those video calls, letters - and gifts - hence SCAM. So consider yourself warned and Run away from this site!. The man on the other lines are always available (the job posting also mentions that they have 3 shifts in 3 different time zones across Latin America, Europe and Asia). And I am pretty sure they use some AI in the creation of responses and letters sent. I agree with another review that ask how come they have so many good looking man (model type), who keep sending you messages and letters non stop with hobbies such as Pottery and Yoga :). One of the messages I got from a suitor surgeon - Happy Easter and we were in September !!!! I lost a few dollars but I had fun trying to unravel how this scheme work.

Damn good looking men! Not a chance in hell they are not hired. Every man has many professional photos and smoothly written profiles. The men will talk til your out of credits but when I tell them I am almost out and tell them to write my personal email if they wish to continue talking they all say the same thing “I think we should keep talking on here til we get to know each other) I ask why. Brutal payment plan. Check your account daily. I’ve had duplicate charges to my account which I have to dispute now. All in all, this is a glorified chat room for which you have to pay money for the privilege of joining. Definitely don’t recommend it.

Sites a scam
I was sent nearly 40 "interested ladies," all of whom were located in a small neighborhood in my hometown. When I questioned this, the next 30 plus were from a different small neighborhood; they were all too good-looking to come from these neighborhoods. I canceled the membership, then a couple of weeks later, I logged in to confirm the cancellation, and the site automatically charged my card as if I had signed up again. There is no history of charges in the admin-that also would tell you the site is a scam.

I have tried to delete my account four times in two weeks – nothing happened. “Customer support” questioned my decision but never removed my account. My credit card company investigated and refunded most charges, and I eventually had to cancel my card to stop payments and prevent potential misuse.
The app is full of fake bot profiles sending generic, flattering spam messages, even referring to profile photos and texts that I had already deleted. I HAVE SCREENSHOTS AND RECORDINGS AS PROOF.
After first deleting of my profile i've received 769 contact attempts from other dateMyage profiles. Many of them reffering to my NON EXISTING PROFILE! (updated 18th sept 2025). It appears that Date My Age has no intention of complying with customers’ requests to have their profiles closed, which constitutes a violation of consumer protection law.
It looks like the same operators run several similar apps under different names, advertised aggressively on Facebook. While the company seems registered in the USA, the charges go to the Far East, Singapore.
👉 Do not give your personal or payment details to this app. Check reviews beforehand and save yourself the trouble. This is nothing but a scam.
