Fraud, pure fraud

This company perpetrated a fraud on me by repeatedly promising things that are not deliverable and charging me money based on false hope manufactured by them. I told them up front that I had a LUKS-encrypted EXT4-formatted SSD with a corrupted header. They should have told me at first that very likely no data was recoverable unless some very specific criteria were met--as other honest companies have since done--but instead they gaslighted me and charged me money with empty promises which were later revealed to be just that: empty promises, i.e., lies.
