Finding My Path in Data Engineering Through Zach’s Bootcamp
As a 4th-year Computer Science student, I was anxious and uncertain about what the future held. I struggled with deciding which path to specialize in — until I came across Zach’s video shorts. His content really resonated with me, so I decided to enroll in his Data Engineering bootcamp.
The bootcamp exceeded my expectations. It provided top-quality content, real-world insights, and a clear roadmap of what to expect as a Data Engineer. Now, I feel far less anxious and much more confident about my career after graduation. I’m genuinely glad I chose this path and thankful for the direction it gave me.
Highly recommend!
Excellent structuring! Really helps you zoom out and understand how things work in the big picture.

Data Engineering is more mindset than toolss
Most bootcamps revolve around tools and features of their tools. This course goes a step ahead - not only does it cover the modern data tools/platform but it creates a mindset, a mindset which blends business challenges with technical expertise. You get to learn from Zach's challenges at work and why one approach works over the other.

Well Structured and Informative
Zach is truly trying to teach here.
Zach is truly trying to teach here. While the course may not be beginner-friendly, it is very pragmatic, and I can see the value in learning things like the Cumulative Table Design and the surprisingly fun Array and Struct data types. His lectures on why data quality matters and the DQ framework he used at one of his companies really fleshes things out. I highly recommend any data engineer, regardless of their exposure, to give his courses a try.

Great
Access to education is the cornerstone to any meaningful human endeavor. Without the means to share knowledge, or more importantly, the willingness to do so, we'd still be shaking in the cold. This course covers a variety of important topics for anyone who wants a quickstart to understanding the flow of data and it along the the DataTalks club fulfill a need.
