Thank you for your patience and support
We had used their PC based software before so it was logical to move onto their Cloud Based software.
Unfortunately, it was not as straightforward as it should have been due to my poor computer skills.
However, the staff were very helpful and patient with me and over a number of phone calls all matters were resolved. Their patience is such that even when I phoned up with trivial or the same problem (because I had forgotten the solution) they were, without exception, prepared to treat my call as important.

Brilliant support and service
Brilliant support and service - having used Data Developments (DD) for the Church accounts for several years a tricky correction entry was needed - after speaking to DD the back-up file was sent - DD tested the entry and results and e-mailed back step by step instructions along with a screen shot which worked brilliantly.
A real first class response and support.

Great customer service
I was having difficulties importing my data from an excel spreadsheet due to the way it had originally been formatted. Data Developments went to great lengths to help me by assessing my data and guiding me in how to map correctly. I'm happy to say that I have now successfully imported everything into the database, which is going to make managing our records much easier.
