Don't hire
They can improve by giving back everyone's money. Regardless if their tracing is accurate or even real, they don't help so anything to recover your funds. Funds are usually laundered in foreign countries, so they tell you to file a local police report. Which is a complete waste of time. Nothing gets accomplished. Save your money and accept the loss. SCAM

Our role as a forensic tracing company is to provide accurate investigative reporting that can be used by law enforcement or legal counsel.
We understand how difficult it is when stolen funds are moved across borders, but recovery decisions are ultimately in the hands of law enforcement and the courts, not Data Forensics. Their report seems to be complete but their willingness to assist with ongoing questions is not apparent. They were 'all in' with an attorney and used this relationship to get business. Now there are questions and they will not back up their position. It is frustrating and I must wait a month for a phone call/zoom appt.

SCAMMERS - Beware!
My father fell for a crypto scam that cost him his life savings and then these charlatans took at least 10k from him to "trace" the crypto. By the time my dad came to me it was already too late. I reported to the feds, state, and local govs and the money is all gone. This company is a scam. Their report is useless. It is just a bunch of bullshit. Unfortunately, the stress from losing all his 50-years of life savings caused my father to die unexpectedly. The original scammers and these scammers deserve all the hell and brimstone coming to them. I am left to try to pick up the pieces and take care of my mother. These people are no better than the original scammers.

Working with Don is a true learning experience. Don can get to information I didn't think was possible. My only complaint with Don is I wish there were 5 or 6 of him!!!
Working with Don, Leo, Rachel and Matt has been excellent. Great communicators and especially Rachel and Leo saying and then being available at any time is very comforting. Rachel has shown how to dig into basic information to get into details I didn't think was possible! And Don was able to do something on line computer-to-computer that wowed me and provided needed information I tried to get for a month!!
