Ordered the DashCam Pro Front and Rear camera after enquiring and receiving immediate answers about the rear camera part back in December. Have had a couple of issues with the rear equipment, however, upon getting back to DashVision (one person in particular not sure if I should name him) I have received immediate and extremely helpful advice and instructions, actual manual sent to me as well. Upon realising that the rear camera was faulty they immediately sent me a replacement, which is working fine now. I must say that even though there were a couple of things not quite right, the assistance I have received has been brilliant. Would definitely recommend this company.

Now I have got used to my Dashcam would not be without it.Still have to set back camera but thats not a problem.

I purchased the dash cam pro in April 2025, delivered fast and set up was easy. Unfortunately things went south after the SD card included in the pack, stopped saving video and kept asking me to format. This was roughly July 2025. I contacted support back and forth, they offered suggestions, even sent another SD card and again, it didnt work. Wasn't saving video, the camera would just stop recording at random times while I was driving.. sometimes at 1 minute, sometimes 20 seconds and wouldn't record again unless I did it manually. I changed the settings under the support teams advice, re formatted the cards, reset the dash cam..... did everything they asked me to do. I even went out and purchased my own SD card, and it still didnt resolve the issue with the camera. 9 months on, and I'm now at the point I want to claim it under it's warranty and they're telling me no. They want me to play with the settings AGAIN, and do this and do that..... just acknowledge that I've got a faulty product and refund my money....... they'll push this out another couple months, and I guarantee they'll go "Its no longer covered under warranty " and ignore me after that!!!!!! I have emails from the exact date I contacted them asking for support and all they've done is have me repeat actions over and over, with no success.

Very nice dash cam, easy to use and set up, looks tidy and very quick delivery which is a bonus.

I installed this myself and successfully hid all the cables as shown on tips using Google. Very easy and straightforward. I’ve only used it once so I will now learn how to use all the functions available. A nice, small compact kit.

Very disappointed with this dash cam and the company behind it.
The product arrived in poor quality and didn’t work properly from day one. After contacting customer support, I received little to no help and they refused to provide a proper refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they made the process difficult and unhelpful.

For the price, I expected a reliable product and decent customer service — I got neither. I wouldn’t recommend this dash cam or this company to anyone.

I must say Dash vision have been brilliant. My dash cam arrived and i installed it in to my vehicle but had a small query regarding the settings. I emailed Dash vision and within an hour they replied (thank you to Harry for his help) it was a great help thank you

Few choices to look through, bought 2 in the sale for the car and the work van, both have front and rear cameras, I haven't set the rear one up yet but I've plugged it in and both cameras are great quality and really easy to use.

Everything is looking good. Not fitted yet but very impressed overall looks an amazing piece of kit

Prompt delivery before Xmas. Good quality. But couldn’t read the instructions as print ridiculously small. Had to ask our garage to install and then later set up the camera too as it was very tricky for my husband. So that was an overall unexpected expense.
But today it’s finally working. Hopefully will prove to be all that is advertised.
