Dash Dot have been instrumental in building my property portfolio. Their in house data and analysis, is second to none within the industry, which allows the team to locate the perfect property within the perfect growth location. The whole process was seamless, from selecting the property, negotiations, due diligence, managing the solicitor and though to settlement, I cannot recommend Dash Dot highly enough to anyone wanting to build their wealth, passively.

I just purchased my 3rd investment property through Dashdot within 3.5 years. The first property doubled in value since I purchased it 3.5 years ago, and the second property has increased by 50% since I purchased it 18 months ago. The third property... well time will tell!

I used Dashdot for my first investment property. And as we all know the first property either makes or breaks your portfolio. My plan was to pirchase a growth property, which in Dashdot's books, is the type of property that grows substantially. They bought me a property in Murray Bridge SA, for $485k, November 2023. Way above the median price in that area. As of today, the property evaluation is $507k and that is from CBA who is known to have the most generous evaluation. Keep in mind that this purchase was heavily negatively geared. In the past year I have been out of pocket around $18k. So almost a year in, the property has made me around $4k. If I take out Dashdot's fee out, I am about $18k out of pocket. I have raised my disappointment with them several times, and have received nothing but reassurance that this is a great property. All the while, my friends bought properties in the early $300k in QLD (very little contribution due to high yield) and they have made around $50k. Such a waste of money and a poorly performing property that is affecting my portfolio and slowing me down in my investment journey. I wish I had not used Dashdot and I urge you to look somewhere else before jumping in with them. Another thing, their marketing schemes are not telling you the whole truth. They advertised that someone went to them with around $100k and they grew their portfolio by 7 properties in a short period of time. I was furious when I saw that cause I went to them with double that money in saving and their plan for me was so slow and getting me 3 properties in 3 years. When I contacted them about this, they said that the clientvthey were advertising actually contributed around $350k doen the track. So technically theyvare not lying to you, but they tell the story in a way that glorifies their results way better than it actually is. They advertise all their success, but you don't hear the disappointing stories like mine to make an educated decision. There are other BA's out there with much less fees. At the end of the day, I paid top notch fee for a very very poor result.

Dashdot provide a service that is top notch. The research that goes into each property purchase, and the time amd effort that goes into a property presentation is next level. We have had amazing growth in our properties and have been supported along every step of the way.

I couldn't see a path forward finacally, but after a few podcasts I had a bit of hope.
The whole business concept is great, developing a relationship, rather than just a transaction, based on education and what your personal drive is to achieve your goal.

I feel like my property deal was hairy, a few extra hoops to jump through to get the deal done, and having a good team I not only felt fully involved with the process but also couldn't fail DashDot.
We did find some tricky situations, with loan parameters, it's best to make sure if you introduce an external service, such as a broker or accountant you introduce them to how DashDot operate to ensure a smooth transaction.
I learned a great deal, achieving what I set out to do, learn.
