Very good camera. The pics quality is outstanding. Install was easy, with the included instructions. I also got the hardwire kit and the 128gb SD card. Dashcam Bros sent out the camera so fast, I was very impressed. Will order from them again in the future.

I am an Uber/Lyft driver, and it was extremely important for me to have a camera system that I can see inside my car at night. I am extremely satisfied and happy with how well the cameras work.

When I placed my order it was somehow flagged as fraudulent. They called me less than a half hour after I placed my order and verified everything.
Also, they ran out of 32GB memory cards so they upgraded it to a 64GB for free. Cool dudes if you ask me.

This DR650 is an excellent, top of the line product which is rewarding enough, but the customer service DashCam Bros Store provides is over the top. They sale and customer support folks are the best I've ever encountered; personable, knowledgeable, timely, on point with great follow up. This person name Kenton he's very cool guy fat respond when any problems great support have a sell good product that I could've bought any number of places, but their sense of customer service and support is beyond belief. I don't know how many more devices I'll buy in the future, but I clearly know where I'll buy them if I do!

Extraordinary support. I'm not computer literate nor do I understand gadgets so this place had their hands full with me as a customer. They were more than patient and went well above and beyond what's expected of a company. Kenton was beyond helpful. He knows his stuff and explained it in a way I could understand and that's not easy! I would buy anything from this place at anytime. I can't say enough positive things about Kenton. He really made this easy for me. If this place sells something you want you'd be crazy to go anywhere else.

I looked to get a dashcam as a gift for someone special, and after doing so much research online I stopped with dashbros. Choices are excellent from price range to whatever your needs are so you don't have to leave their website because I guarantee you'll find what you're looking for. I called them on a Saturday with questions as I needed their professional advice (on their cellphone!) And left a message , not even two hours later they called me back. After chatting with him for few moments he promised to send me an email with all the products that would fit best for what I'm looking for. And so he did. It was that easy. He narrowed it down for me to three items and it was a breeze to choose from. I ordered it same night and received my box three days later. Packaged very well. They packed it like they care for their cameras! It's important. Again since this is a gift for bd in September I dont know how the cam is but can't wait to get feedback from future user so I can share it with dashcambros first of all and then the consumers like myself. The prices were the best when I compared with other offers. After purchase they immediately got in touch with me to confirm my address because I had misspelled something when I entered the address on the form. They followed up with a few emails, which I've noticed doesn't actually happen all that much when I buy things online these days. First they let me know after they shipped it that it was on the way and that they upgraded the storage because the one I bought was out of stock, then they emailed after I received it to offer to help explain anything about the camera that I would have questions about. And the BlackVue camera itself; is awesome. I'm really happy.

This review is for the dash cam bros, I have not had an opportunity to install unit yet. The service is fast and friendly. The package arrived in 6 days was nicely packed, the camera looks top quality, and install should be straight forward using the fuse taps.

Item was back ordered. I was contacted immediately by email.l and phone to let me know. I asked for a specific waiting period to either fulfill order or cancel and refund. My items arrived as promised.
