Very slow to respond or no response at all. Tries to push blame on customer for their mistakes, then tries to make you feel stupid for contacting them. Unacceptable.

Thank you for leaving feedback for us. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Sometimes, technology is faulty, and when that happens, we offer product specialists to troubleshoot with customers to help solve the issue. In this specific case, we had our specialists speak with you to help solve the issue. However, even though we offer troubleshooting to customers, we cannot force a customer to go through the troubleshooting with us if they do not wish to do so. When customers don't wish to troubleshoot their product with us, which was the case here, we allow the customer to return the item as per the return policy.

It is our understanding that in this specific case, due to your dissatisfaction, we have already issued you a fully paid return shipping label, as well as an agreement to waive any restocking fees. We are still awaiting the return of the product for your refund.

I ordered stickers for my car

I ordered stickers for my car. The description said could be used inside or out, not the case because the are printed backwards. I contacted support and Amy apologized profusely, she said she would call me back in 15 min. She called me back in 5 min and not only refunded my purchase but shipped the new stickers the next day at no cost! One of the best customers service experiences I've had in a long time! Thanx Amy and thanx Dash Cam Bros! Happy New Year!

Terrific Value.

Terrific price from the best dashcam company out there. I've had blackvue dashcams for over 10 years and cannot believe the price I got for this model. Very happy.

Great

Website was fairly easy to navigate. The info on the website is helpful when comparing cameras to one another. The price point was okay (cyber Monday deal is what got me) vs other sites. Delivery was fast (and free!). Overall, excellent job.

I live outside of town

I live outside of town. Package was sent 'signature required' which caused me to waste half day driving to Post Office to get it. Connecting to iPhone 7 was not an easy task... I have not yet tried my iPad. Save up lots of curse words before you start. Now, I manually recorded a scene & downloaded videos but cannot find them on iPhone so I cannot send to friends. Last, when I park Cherokee in garage, my iMac, iPhone, iPad & AppleTV try to logon to Thinkware, not my network. I had to unplug 12 VDC plug on Cam... Wish I never bought it.

Thank you for the feedback. Our shipping policy can be found here on our site, and once shipped, we unfortunately do not have any control over how USPS delivers the item (whether they make a valid attempt to ring the bell, etc). When downloaded on the iPhone, you should be able to find it under the download sections of your phone storage, and be able to send to friends from where. You should also be able to set the priorities on your devices to choose which devices to connect to. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
