Really disappointing
@Dartshopper Really disappointing customer service experience.
Questioned a product that looked very different from the website photos, and didn’t fit the L style carbon stems I provided all requested evidence, then tried to return it. Your returns portal wouldn’t work for my address, I was told to sort and pay for the return myself, and my request for escalation was refused before the case was closed.
Won’t be shopping with Dartshopper again.
