You are wrong, i did not delay any info to the customs. The order delay because the heavy part of the order, was send by track (Cost minimization). But the lighter part send by airmail. So at the customs they wait 15 days for the heavy dartboard to come.

Saw a cheap board and told a few mates they wanted 1 too so placed the order sunday they were delivered tuesday.

Shipments are going well from DartsCorner. But FedEx, I'm still waiting for the day for the delivery to arrive on the promised day.

Well the first replacement dart ring was delivered all bent out of shape by delivery person no fault of theirs, I told dartscorner and showed pictures they did quibble they just sent me a replacement and was very swift about it too couldn't fault them thank you

You stuffed my order up and forgot to put 2 lots of stems in on a order for 14 sets. Good try though

Listed item as l style when arrived the item was dmc. Spoke to them and they said it’s the same company. Quick google said it’s not. Item don’t fit correctly. Wanted to return but apparently I have to pay for postage even though in my eyes it’s an incorrectly listed item. Can’t deal with this idiot any more so I’ll take the hit and will never use this company again.

After four years of satisfactory service, I regret having to leave this review.

I recently placed an order for several accessories; however, upon receiving the delivery note, I was informed that some items were unavailable. I subsequently requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. While this was agreed, the company refused to refund the postage, despite the order being incomplete due to their own stock issues. Furthermore, the remaining items were dispatched without confirming whether I was willing to proceed with a partial order.

Having spent thousands of pounds with this company over the years, I find this approach both disappointing and indicative of declining standards.

To add to this, the live chat was abruptly ended when I raised questions regarding complaints and a Subject Access Request.

A disappointing experience overall.

A lot of darts and accessories I can order to my country and delivery is almost always fast and w/o any issues.

Good amount of soft tip darts, most part of online shops have more still tip darts and only few options for soft tip.

Ordered darts flights for my brother in law as part of one of his presents and Amazon who they use delivered to somewhere else, we have no idea. Let Darts Corner know, eventually they answered telling me to go around the neighborhood and look for them. They then replied asking me basically if I am telling the truth and that the police would get involved. I am still waiting for refund from them. This has been going on now for 2 weeks and still waiting. So, be warned. I will not be using this firm again.

Great service from dartscorner and good value for money. Used express delivery however was sent via amazon who just left it on doorstep rather that putting in outside cupboard not even a foot away. Service great delivery not so good

Ordered two sets of Shot darts which were advertised with free Airfoil flights. The website would not allow the flights to be added to the basket despite multiple attempts, and the basket page itself had errors.
I contacted customer service straight away and followed up twice more after delivery when the flights were missing. Responses were slow and dismissive, with no attempt to resolve the issue.
Instead of correcting what was clearly a website problem, I was told the promotion worked fine and that I would only receive the flights if I placed another order.
Poor customer service over a very simple issue. Would not use again.
