Very bad customer service I returned a order of over 120 euro to exchange for different darts they said send it back by post we will do the exchange two weeks of sending emails with no reply now I am down 120 euro with no darts do not use this company

Great company..told me when my order would be dispatched and roughly how long from Germany to the UK for it to arrive...it came very well packaged and in quick time..I certainly hit the bullseye with this company 🎯 thank you sebastian.

First class service and delivered before expected. The product I ordered is not available in the UK but that would not be my proviso for buying from here again. Top Gun darts site.

I highly recommend these products. They are excellent quality and offer great value for money, exactly as described. Arrived in Romania in 6 days, very well packed, although I would have appreciated a tracked express delivery option, which I would have happily paid a fee for.

Is this company real, place an order, got no confirmation emails or noting back from contact page on their website!!

I place an order with tracked shipping and after 3 days I send an email and ask why it is not possible to track the package, in response I am told that they made a mistake and sent the package without tracking, instead of being honest and informing me about this they gave me a fake tracking number that doesn't exist, very dishonest and not serious. Dartfieber has very bad and strange behavior towards their customers. But I must point out that I actually received a letter with my order and received a refund of €10 and that was very good and serious.
