Product Turned Out to Be a Counterfeit
I purchased a product from this company and was initially concerned because it didn’t work as expected. To double-check, I contacted the official brand directly—and they confirmed that the item I received was not one of their genuine products.
This was incredibly disappointing, as I bought it in good faith, expecting an original. I feel misled and would not recommend purchasing from this seller unless they can guarantee the authenticity of their stock.
I’ve now reported the issue and hope others can avoid the same experience.

We assure you that we do not mislead customers, our products are sold exactly as they arrive from our suppliers, with brand logos clearly displayed on the packaging. We never disguise or present items as genuine if they are not.
If you had reached out to us directly through our through our support page (darmakkah.co.uk/contact-us/), we would happily have arranged a return or replacement, as we do have a returns policy in place for items that remain in their original condition.
