I have been using Dark Star exclusively for my Legion, Armada and X-Wing collections. Great range of products at the best prices! I pretty much always receive my goods the next day, always well packaged.

Small hiccup with one part of the order that was quickly and efficiently sorted out. Excellent communication and customer service with fast delivery. Top draw shop that puts a lot of the bigger companies to shame. Excellent 👍

... Delivered on the Tuesday! Outer packaging a bit mangled in transit, but so well packed, contents are perfect!

I stumbled across Dark star games whilst looking for Star Wars Armada related goods, I was apprehensive at first, as the prices were very competitive, I know this because I’ve previously bought things from other reputable uk shops, and have been very happy, but in this instance Dark Star had particular items I was interested in, (for example the Super Star Destroyer, amongst other things) at a price manageable for my current budget. In short, the service was great, a query I had sent via email was promptly answered, goods were sent quickly (with up to date notifications) and were well packed, even with the free shipping. I will be using this company again for Star Wars themed board games, and can recommend them to those of you in doubt. Buy with confidence.

I don't often leave reviews but in this instance, I absolutely had to. Received my order quicker than I expected but found that DPD had repackaged the items in a new box. Was suspicious but opened to find the original box from dark star games inside with what looked like a half folded in where it had been kicked. Needless to say, some damage had been done to a couple of items and I was pretty annoyed. Contacted the team about the issues with photos of the damage and they were straight on it. Got the details of what was damaged and got me send out the replacement components in no time at all. Throughout they were understanding and proactive and handled the issue superbly. It's in these situations when something goes wrong that you can get the true measure of a company and I'd have no doubt that this is how they always operate - absolute first class. Can't recommend enough - will absolutely use again! Thanks

Although I've been buying miniatures for years, this is my first purchase with Dark Star Games, sometimes you don't want to leave the company you normally deal with, or you don't want to take a chance on a new company who may not deliver as promised (there are quite a few of them) but i need not have worried, price/product was great and delivery was exceptional, a day early, this company will now be my go to site for miniatures and cant recommend them enough based on my first and not my last experience, well done and thanks

Whilst the prices are attractive against the standard prices, I have yet to receive any of the goods ordered. The 2-3 day economy has been vastly exceeded and despite contacting darkstar via email for an update on my order, they have yet to respond 24 hours later against the timescale of 2 hours for an email response quoted on their website. I have ordered goods from chaos cards 2 days after my original order from darkstar and already received their products.

Following their response and prompt delivery of the goods after acknowledging the issue I have re rated my initial experience, I value the open and honest communication highly and hence the change.

Excellent customer service, value for money and delivery speed. Definitely would use again.

Hugely grateful to these guys. When my recent Star Wars Legion order turned out to have a missing part (no fault of Dark Star Games) they stepped in and did everything the could to resolve it, attempting to contact Asmodee on my behalf, and when that didn't work, sending me a replacement part from their own stock. Very impressive. Thank you.

Not one to go out of my way to leave a review, but I bought the Millenium Falcon for x-wing 2.0 brand new in shrink for ~£30. That's still at the pre-February-2022 price-hike cost, even though everyone else I've searched for has gone up to like £44, and then DSG had a discount on top.

PLUS my order was delivered within 2 days for like £3 too - so I'll be returning to complete my collection. Keep it up!
