I loved the product selection and easy selection process

They have a very good selection - almost too good! They should have an option to sort or filter by band name to make it quicker to find what you’re looking for, but all in all I was very satisfied!

The send me the wrong t shirt . I have reached out to them multiple times through customer service email and instagram but have not heard back.

They use false advertising to get you to buy items, then they ship you some low budget dupe. The customer service is horrible and you just end up wasting your money & time.

As others have stated, the items DarkPick send are of very low quality and in no way related to the pictures they show of the item.
I ordered a knitted jumper from them and what arrived was the most hideous printed sweatshirt I have ever seen.

When I reached out the company for a refund or a replacement, they were very arrogant in stating that I had no chance on Earth of getting a refund from them.
I disputed through PayPal and they ruled that to get a refund, I would need to send the item to China. This will cost more than the item refunded.

I will now go through the bank to get a chargeback. This company deserves to go out of business.

I wish I would have read these reviews before placing the order. Like many have said the quality of the items are terrible and are unlike the pictures advertised. I ordered a predator t-shirt it’s ok so will keep, however do not buy the yellow Jaws jumper. It’s so bad it’s embarrassing, the material is not jumper material as per the picture online it’s similar to Lycra and a horrible fit. I’ve emailed them today but judging by a lot of experiences on here asking for a refund I have no confidence that will happen so it will be a charity bin job I reckon. Don’t get enticed in with the nice pictures on the website, shop elsewhere where you can go and see the items.

I would have like to have more informations about the size chart. I never found how to mesure the sizes on your web site and I’m still not sure about my choice. And the mailing costs are quiet expansive.

Best Bowie design I'd seen in years

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. Their products are complete crap. Their descriptions are lies and they refuse to give you a refund and it took over a month for items to arrive, and there were nothing like described and are refusing to give a refund even though their website says Items are refundable.
