Purchased an item on May 10. Reached out 10 days later for an update. No response. Checked my order and it was marked as “refunded.”

Great fast shipping. It was nice to find an anime shop this side of the Pacific ocean with interesting figures, can't wait to order from dark n light again!

The figure was an older one that cost significantly less here than getting it through ebay, which was the only other place i could find it. Shipping was fast from canada to u.s. Genuine figure, still sealed, arrived in great condition. I will use this site again. The only complaint is the figure box could have had more cushioning around it. It only had a thin layer of foam and fit tight in the shipping box. Not a big deal as it arrived un-damaged, but other sites use way more pack.

Had a very nice figure I wanted in stock. Price was higher than a competitive store in but the other store was having a clearance sale so it makes sense (and it sold out). Shipping was a flat rate of 19.99. I'll buy from here again.

Received my figure in packaging with no issues. Only complaint was never getting a shipment notice, but other than that 0 issues.

First time ordering here. Product was shipped fast. Cling wrapped and double bubble wrapped with some padding to prevent scratches on the box.

Shipping was very affordable.

The Figure is authentic and the box arrived undamaged.

Unfortunately the figure has a manufacturer’s defect and the store gave me options to resolve the issue.

I recommend this site to everyone. Only slight down side was it took a while before it actually shipped, but fast shipping after that, perfect quality, great price even for hard to find figures. Also their business card is pretty cute.

Great customer service but there was some damage to actual box of the figure. Would shop again.

Customer service was great, they checked with me that my address was correct just so that I received my package. The figure arrived earlier than the estimate which was a pleasant surprise, and it was in perfect condition and had plenty of padding inside the box so it didn't get damaged during shipping.
