Fast shipping and good quality clothing. The jacket I wanted was coming up on a lot of sites that looked shady, but I knew when I found it on DarkinCloset I would be getting what I was looking for.

Website listed multiple dresses in XXL size as available. I messaged for confirmation and was told yes these are in stock. After placing my order, I was told every item was not in stock. The team then tried to get me to accept store credit and clothes in the wrong size as an apology to not issue a refund. I directly asked for a refund 5 times and never received it. Had to file with my Bank and PayPal as this is a fraud distributor.

Never had an issue with this store and the clothes are nicely made.

They keep your money after you pay shipping and customs to return an item.

As others mention, their stock is not accurate, so you pay for an item and they just say 'sorry it is out of stock' Good luck with refunds!

Do not order from this site. Their website allowed payment to be processed for a dress they no longer had in stock. We have now gone back and forth in emails for over a month, with them trying to get us to take a different dress instead of the one we ordered. Then they promised a refund in 5-7 working days, which has not arrived. So disappointing.

The quality was really nice!

The dress I ordered came pretty fast in only 5 days which is great and the quality of the dress too is awesome.

Customer service is spot on and the dress is gorgeous and a decent fit! I love Dark in Love and Dark in closet is a wonderful place to shop for good quality gothic clothing. Keep in mind, some if not all items are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
