DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
I ordered a rather expensive £36 miniature from this company. They were quick to respond, print and ship and the item arrived in fantastically highly quality.
Here is the catch... The item I ordered was literally missing the face and the base had been printed in 3 parts that did not align with one another, rendering the expensive miniature useless.
When I contacted the company via their etsy store they told me they had accidentally printed the wrong file and apologised but also felt that I should pay shipping costs to received a new corrected miniature.
When I told them that it was ridiculous to apologise for their mistake but then tell me I should literally pay for said mistake, they told me I was emotional and they hadn't made a mistake it was just the wrong file that they had printed. Their constant back and forth with me has mostly been them telling me they're a small family run business who checks all items before posting which, in itself, can't be true given my issue.
Finally, after many emails telling me to 'come back to them when I've let my emotions go'. They threatened me by telling me etsy wouldnt support my side if I report them and that i should take their offer of me paying for the shipping to fix their mistake'.
