Terrible. They source broken/damaged goods from local store in Pakistan. They charge you for shipping, and 60% of the items will be broken/damaged. Then if you return the items, their policy indicates that you will NOT get your money back, but instead it will be stored as daraz funds, within the website only that you can use to buy other products.
Not to mention, their return process takes over 1 month. No call number, no email, all through their online chat. I highly recommend stay away from this scam business.

Now daraz customer service is horrible.no phone call.just rubbish chat service.

No refund policy even the product is faulty, also returning a product is so difficult at daraz that you keep the product instead.

When I started using daraz service they are nice and I love to order from the store but from last few months I am facing the hell of issue order delays and when you contact them automatically it shows delivery attempted failed 😡 which make more angry that when I contacted you then status change at 12 am wow like "Eid Mubarak chand Nazar AA gaya".
1). If you guys take order responsibility please make sure to deliver on time and add fast delivery services. In 2024 delivery attempted and delivery delays are effecting us and the trust that delivery of package will be on time.
2). Last TCS services and now LCS cool I got it u guys have a lot of deliveries to do but I have wait for my package 📦. And hope you deliver it to me but when this thing happened again again it will not work.

So far I've tried so many online stores, but This is one of the biggest online stores in Pakistan.

This was my first and last order from daraz seriously if someone wants to buy cosmetics, jewellry or cloths go for other brands like Khaadi, GulAhmed, Sapphire etc you will get good quality and good prices in sales. I ordered a butterfly hair clip, anklet and a nailpolish.The hairclip wasnt like in the picture but a third quality item plus it came broken i immediately asked for a refund thank God i got the refund. The Anklet came after 2 days with double the price on the package and also was of bad quality worth like 50 rupees and i gave 282 rupees for it and the nail polish still didnt came i contacted the seller he said we shipped it but it is still in process waiting in warehouse logistics i hope it doesnt come as it will also be of bad quality and double the price thank God i didnt paid in advance but choose an option of cash on delivery.

Very Bad Support And Very bad use app not friendly no benefit for new seller never promoted new seller too much facing bugs some time order not placed some time bugs in the product listing extra charges pause campaign they able it on their self. Also Bad to promote new sellers give different campaigns and voucher give free shipping but after that, they deduct shipping from you and 50% of the product deduct Daraz

Daraz is Fraud
Gets Withdraw refund amount into their own HBL Bank accounts (pre- entered into customer wallet) and
does not share complete account title and number to the victimized customer.
This is all bulshit they are doing

Recently i order a mobile phone for my friend and paid online. after a week rider make 1 fail attempt and 2 more attempt made by self daraz within hour and cancel my order. i complaint serveral time but the product not received and daraz not issue my refund and claim that we cant release the amount until product recieved by seller. it was not my fault but daraz playing with my money i never recommend to everyone pay 1st on daraz. my 2.5k amount voucher was also being used which worst. please never pay or purchase through daraz its not safe

I ordered a parcel for my brother and made the payment online but the parcel is still not received within 2 weeks. I asked the seller, he said they dispatched the order on the same day I ordered it.
This is ridiculous. Daraz is not able to handle the system then why they are expanding themselves?

there is a big gap in communication between Daraz and sellers. Sellers and byers don't know where the product is and Daraz is enjoying in between.

I ORDERED A GRAPHIC CARD ONLINE BASED ON (COD). SOMEONE FROM DARAZ INSIDE THE STAFF RELEASED THE ALL PURCHASED AND DELIVERY INFORMATION TO SOMEONE THIRD PARTY.
AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS WE GOT A CALL AND THEY PROVIDED ALL THE CORRECT PRODUCT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION AND CLAIMED HE WAS GOING TO DELIVER THE GRAPHIC CARD ON SUCH DATE TO GET THE PAYMENT READY. THE DELIVERY PERSON CAME AND SHOWED THE PARCEL WE ASKED HIM TO LET US OPEN THE PARCEL BUT HE SAID THIS IS NOT DARAZ POLICY I WON'T LET YOU OPEN THE PARCEL. YOU CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT. WE TRUST AND GIVE HIM CASH AND GET THE PARCEL. WHEN WE OPENED THE PARCEL IT WAS A MULTIMEDIA SPEAKER. WE COMPLAINED TO DARAZ CUSTOMER SERVICES AND TEHY DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION.
DARAZZ IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING PLATFORM SPECIALLY FOR ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS.

I recently placed an order on December 17th, with the expectation of receiving the product before December 22nd. Both the seller and Daraz's estimated delivery time assured me that the delivery would be within the range of December 19th to 21st.

I have yet to receive it as of today, December 26th. This persistent delay has led to a frustrating and disappointing shopping experience.

I have contacted Daraz customer service multiple times, and each time I am told that the product will be delivered by the end of the day, yet this has not been the case. This inconsistency and lack of transparency are highly concerning.

This review aims to highlight the significant delivery issue I have encountered. The inconsistency in promised delivery times and the lack of transparency in communication are areas that urgently require improvement. As a customer, reliability is paramount, and the current experience falls short of expectations.

I sincerely hope that Daraz takes immediate measures to address this issue, ensuring a smoother and more dependable delivery process for all customers. It is my wish that this feedback contributes to the enhancement of Daraz's services.
