Instructions for letter are not clear?
I sent two letters including a small plastic irem after checking the rules. The App says: please note the letter may only contain paper, cardboard or plastic.
One of the letter came back withe the comment “letter returned as it contains something else than paper”. The other one was delivered.
I sent a mail about this to DAO, explaining there was a small plastic item in the returned letter indeed. The reply was ; we cannot help you (and no refund for the postage).
This is just really confusing and not good customer service
