Reduction code given via their website not valid for safari orderded on website
They offer a nice reduction on their website, which you are able to use.
The only things you can not use it for according to the terms mentioned below the reduction: gift cards and special offers. It doesn't mention any othe restrictions.
However, I ordered one of their seaweedtours and couldn't apply the vouchercode, so I put it in the address behind my name and ordered, but didnt receive the reduction. After contacting them in the first mail they sent my in a cc to someone else to add the reduction and then after a few mails back and forwards it turned out that the code is not valid for their tours, only their webshop.
The tours however are from Dansk Tang....so it should be valid. There is also links on their websites to book the tangsafari, so they should give the reduction for that too!
I am absolutely not pleased.
Ps: I dont write Danish, but I understand it well. Assumptions that I do not understand Danish because I don’t write it?
No service from this company whatsoever. Had to receive my money back though the payment company. Dansk Tang promised me a refund, but never gave one!
I have proof that Billetexpresswn refunded the money, not DanskTang. Also got proof of rude mails from Simon from DanskTang, proving they do not communicate with customers very well. Take a professional to reply your customers instead of calling your customers liars when obviously it’s you not telling the truth here.

As described earlier, we work with several booking platforms and we therefore do not offer discounts through them. We can not control it ourselves. In return, we offer discounts on all our physical products on our own webshop.
You've got your money back and we hope you find a product you like elsewhere.
I must also point out that, as described in several places, our seaweed safaris are also in Danish.
I'm sorry for your anger, but from the first email I explained to you how it works.

Yes, as described in the email earlier, you bought through the billetexpress.
we contacted them and asked them to transfer the money to you, which they did.
I honestly do not understand what you are angry about, you have got your money and you have been treated with respect.
No you could not get a discount, but that you have gone so much crazy about it is totally out of proportion.
Do not contact us again, we do not want our employees to be exposed to your treatment.
