Did a mistake on the starting date for the insurane and it corrected right away without added cost and even prolonged the insurance.
If you are travelling and want one more problem, get the travel insurance from them. We had to go to the hospital while travelling abroad. Opening the case was OK, but then they forgot to notify the hospital and we had to pay ourselves. Their SOS phone line never gets you through. We have been waiting on the phone line for more than an hour without success already inside the Emergency Room. Luckily it was only a minor injury. If it was a major injury you better have a fat credit card and be ready to pay, because Dansk Rejseforsikring doesn't give a s*** about you.
They have been very helpfull with my insurance and i can really recomend them to anyone looking for a travel inscurance.
Unprofessional, not willing to help. They did not know how to deal with the Corona situation.
