I won a competition and the customer service team were so helpful. They kept me updated from start to finish and delivery was prompt . Bearing in mind this was Christmas week, and mail service was very hit and miss but their courier service was exemplary

Love it!
I am in love with this brand! Ordered already a sever times and was never disappointed. Shipping was very fast to Belgium, items nicely packed in a sustainable package. I also adore that the jewels are water resistant (so no oxidation and changing colour). Can very much recommend!
