This company has no customer service. I purchased 2 items and after 14 days of no shipping details I asked to cancel my order and refund my money. I then received shipping details and told my order could not be cancelled as it was shipped. It then took 2 weeks for the items to arrive and they sent me a vacuum cleaner that is nothing like advertised and what I ordered. I emailed asking to return the items for a full refund and they said I had to show how the product worked. I replied saying that the item is not what I ordered and showed pictures of what I ordered and what I received. They no longer will answer my emails and they dont have a telephone number. Surprise, Surprise I believe this company to be scammers. All items come from China? Need I say anymore? Dont waste your money ..... they will send you whatever they want to get rid of their crappy stock.

Never received my item. Nearly Two weeks of trying to contact them, no phone number. Two short emails asking if I checked properly for it, the other verifying with the courier. Haven’t heard anything back. The courier company told me I was given the wrong tracking no. Would never recommend this company

I placed an order with Danoz Direct. I have sent 2 emails, rang them 4 times on 2 different numbers, left my number as requested for call back. I messaged on facebook messenger, left 2 comments on their facebook page, submitted my enquiry through their submission form. I have NOT received ONE response from anyone. I’ve contacted the ACCC who have told me who to contact for investigation . If they do not respond in the next 24 hrs I will have to lodge a dispute through my Bank as I have been charged for an item. This is pathetic service from Danoz Direct.
