Puffco Pivot Mouthpiece replacement
Recently purchased a puffco pivot mouthpiece replacement through the Dank Geek store it came a bit faulty with a slit on the mouthpiece. They then got with me and sent me another one that worked perfectly without the slit. 5 Star customer service 5 Star store would definitely recommend

They have some of the absolute BEST pipes,bongs,water pipes,etc around!! Don't go to a vape store to buy a pipe you'll be disappointed, come here and you'll be the happiest smoker around town!!!

I haven't even gotten my items yet but based on my experience so far, I had to leave a review! I ended up ordering from DankGeek after a horrendous experience with DankStop. I honestly came into DankGeek with low expectations & I was expecting something similar to what I experienced with DankStop, but boy was I wrong. I ordered less than 24 hours ago & I've already gotten shipping confirmation! Very impressed with the experience so far.
4/30: received my order less than a week after I ordered & I've been using my items for a few weeks now with no complaints! Great quality for the price. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I stumbled on some bad reviews of Dankgeek after I placed an order. Maybe their service was bad in the past, but I had a great experience. I reached out because I didn’t get a confirmation email after I placed my order and my card had been charged. Dell helped me out, provided the tracking number for my purchase within 24 hours of my initial inquiry. And to be fair, the issue wasn’t with Dankgeek at all, I entered my email incorrectly when my high ass placed the order.

I bought this zong bong from their site. it arrived damaged -bummer, so i chat their customer service, sent a photo, and they immediately sent a replacement with no other questions asked. the new one has double bubble wrap for protection from shipping damage. Now I trust buying from them knowing they’ll resolve any issues quickly.

Had a bad time with some other online retailers I won't name, but these guys pulled through. Had a couple of questions while looking through the site, and customer service reached back out to me in like, 10 minutes? Good selection, order shipped out quick. Will definitely shop again

We ordered two pieces from Dankgeek.com and within a couple of days they were at our door. There is often a significant discount available on the site which is rare these days and much appreciated! The products were wrapped with care and arrived very quickly. We could not be happier with our purchases and have always found the site to be consistent and reliable.

Dankgeek for the win!
I first decided to shop with dankgeek because they offer free shipping on every order, but as my business with dankgeek continued…I discovered they are so much more then just free shipping. They almost always have discount promo code sales and have the best prices out there IMO. They’re customer service is also spot on. I recently had an issue with one of my purchases and they took care of it without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience so far
So I ordered a $50 hand pipe mystery box... I ordered it on 11/01, it was billed to my card on 11/03... I never received a tracking# or confirmation after the initial page that I ordered on. Their site says 24-48 to ship with 3-5 day delivery time. Its now been 14 days.
I've emailed them 4 different times (to 2 diff emails) I also did online feedback on a page on their site and I've called numerous times. Have yet to receive a response at all. When I call I either get a "we're not available" message or one stating their mailbox is full. So far this has been the worst experience I've had ordering anything online and at this point, they'll never have my business again

Made a purchase on 10/3. No tracking, no shipment, no package. I have called and can’t reach anyone and I tried every option. I have sent 3 emails to 3 different email addresses and nothing. Paid extra for route and they can’t do anything because they only cover shipping. What a joke.

Very Dishonest Company. Stay away from them or you will give them the opportunity to steel from you too. Placed order and told it would ship in 48 hours. My credit card was billed immediately and no response from company since. It is now over a week and they won’t respond to my inquiries.

I was looking at the pipes and I was going to buy one and when I went buy one it said my card was wrong so I went to type it in again and $200 went out of my account and I haven’t got and email saying they are preparing my order or nothing but my order was only $78 no $200
