3000kr/year more in costs than agreed

They charge me 3000kr/year more in admin fees than what they told me on the phone.
When I was considering converting a company plan to a private one with them I talked in the phone with 3 or their workers, and all told me the same admin costs and confirmed them when I repeated the amount back to them. I decided to go with them, but when the charges started they were 3000kr/year *more* than what they had told me. When I called them they just told me that "it is what it is", and that I could complain. So I did, and they just told me they answered they are in the right. So I asked for the call recordings in which they had told me the price, they rejected to provide those, but they agreed to provide transcripts of them. When the transcripts arrived, the segments in which they told me the price and I was asking for explicit confirmation repeating the number back to them, were redacted as "inaudible".
So I can hardly recommend them to anybody.

I had doubts about how to transfer my money from my previous pension scheme

I had doubts about how to transfer my money from my previous account to this new pension scheme. An agent called me and explained how to do it. I liked that they helped me in the process of changing schemes.

Good experience every time I contacted them

Every time I called them, the person on the other side was very friendly and even though maybe they couldn’t give me an answer, they explained me what were the following steps to open a case or get an answer.

My experience with Danica Pension was…

My experience with Danica Pension was not great either. First of all, it took them about 3 months to get me into the system. But the worst thing was actually how they handled me exiting the pension scheme.

I am done with this company and I will spend my pension funds with Solic from now henceforth to keep avoiding stories that touch

Rejection to see a specialist

Even with the recommendation of a doctor (from Danica) it has been refused for me two times to see a specialist for a second opinion (even if it's part of my contract). I have been using the insurance without trouble before but in time of need the support was not here and the claim takes a lot of time. I suffer a concussion and the reason given shows that it is widely misunderstood by Danica.

Thank you for your evaluation.
We feel that it's not entirely fair for you to state that you have been rejected twice unilaterally. In fact Danica Pension has covered you for examinations i June 2024.

When you contacted us again it seemed that it was your own wish to seek a second opinion which is not covered by your health insurance.

We, of course, are sorry that you have expectations to your health insurance that unfortunately are not accurate. Therefore, we recommend that you utilize the public health insurance, where you can have an examination carried out based on your doctor's referral.
