An order I placed in November was never…
An order I placed in November was never delivered. Used the support page to question what had happened. My order was 'lost' during their system change apparently. They were sourcing items, and would refund if no longer available. After multiple emails, I was told my items were refunded. I got $11 and my order was over $160... Have been calling customer support for days on end. Keep getting put on hold and getting cut off after 15 minutes.
Even more annoying is that some of the items I ordered are actually still being advertised on their site as available!!! I left multiple requests on the emails for someone to call me but no-one ever did. Wondering what's happened to the rest of my money and why they couldn't be bothered to send me the items they still had in stock.
Poor online shopping experience
Purchased a skirt from the website, which at the time (beginning of December) stated 8-10 days shipping time. More than 10 days passed and my order hadn’t progressed any further than charging my credit card. Two emails to enquire about my order - still no response to either. I ended up opening a dispute through PayPal where PayPal refunded me the order instantly and are apparently following up with Dangerfield themselves. I wish I read the online reviews before purchasing because these issues seem to be extremely common! Such a shame because the clothing itself is good quality. Buyer beware!
Dangerfield deserve a 2nd chance
Dangerfield apparently has a big problem with online orders since a system change. My order could not be processed, like many others. They are probably flooded with support requests and complaints.
Dangerfield refunded my entire order 5 weeks after I placed it online with a big apology and note about the system problems. I did not expect that and I am pleasantly surprised.
I will give them another chance when the problems are fixed.

Ordered goods two weeks ago online. Accepted my money and ten dollar shipping fee. Wrote a week ago to get a shipping date. Not even the courtesy of a response. So disappointed as it was a Christmas gift and well within the shipping time. Would never buy from them again.

Support is just giving me excuse after excuse, seems now most of the products ordered are out of stock online.
They seem determined to not send my order, nor offer a refund.

I’ve only ever had fantastic experience ordering with Dangerfield until now. I ordered online as part of the Black Friday sales, received a confirmation email and then nothing until December 15 when I was informed I’d be receiving a refund (apart from shipping fees) because they had none of my items in stock. However, one of the items is still available on their website to purchase, only now for a higher price than I paid, so I doubt it’s out of stock. Super disappointed with the outcome and the lack of communication to customers.
Missing Orders, poor communication
I ordered from Dangerfield back in October. I was given no tracking information or notice that my order (which had 6 different items) would not be sent to me in one package. They sent me a harness with half of it missing and didn't send another item. None of the packages had a invoice. I just want a refund for the missing order but the communication has been terrible.

Do not order online at Dangerfield I made the mistake to do that and no item has arrived, they have not even processed It after a week, very stressful when it's for a Xmas present. On top of that they won't even answer calls. Disgraceful
Beyond bad
Beyond bad. it's terrible!!! buying online from their site is a stressful ordeal and their shipping cost is not cheap (15 dollars!!!). Seriously I've never had this issue with Dotti and Glassons. I've been chasing their customer service for weeks for an update on my order. Have sent emails but only to get a reply of giving me a 10% discount. I'm one of the unlucky ones to order on Black Friday sale and so far I only received one out of 4 items. I got a refund for 2 items and the other one got sent back to the sender because there is no address!!! Up to now I have no idea if I will still receive that item given the holiday season. I do love their clothesline but this experience is just a good reason to steer clear from their online site. Better buy from the store instead.
Don't buy online from Dangerfield
I don't know what has happened. We absolutely love Dangerfield clothing and DF used to be great for online purchases, but this last order has been a terrible experience to say the least. Placed an Online order at the end of November and have only received 3 out of the 7 items purchased, even though their online shop still says they have these remaining items in stock in the sizes ordered (so not a stock issue).
They do not respond to emails, phone calls, nor messages.
DF need to sort it out quickly, this is beyond being "patience", it is quickly becoming the territory of non-delivery fraud.

Crap company!!

US customer here. DF underwent a major overhaul of their online system and so a bunch of orders got lost in the mix. I'm one of the lucky ones that have received 10/24 items from a November order, and now more are on the way. Customer service also responded to my inquiry within a week and also refunded my shipping cost upon request. I understand that people ordered gifts and have been waiting a long time for items to arrive, but if we just give them time to sort things out, it may be a good outcome in the end. I imagine that the lost, older orders are more likely to have items out of stock now, so sourcing is especially difficult for those in particular. In the end, I hope they make things right for their AU customers. I really like DF and plan to continue to order from them.

My experience echoes everyone else's here. Tried ordering clothing online, tried following up my order (heard nothing for 5 weeks), got told they couldn't find the shirt to fulfill my order. Called a store and they confirmed they had the shirt in stock and would hold it for me. Told me to come into store to pay for it then they'd ship it. Went to store, they said that wasn't possible. Just got totally run around, still don't have the shirt after 8 weeks. Online is a disaster with no recourse. Save your money and avoid online shopping with Dangerfield.

I would give 0 if I could! They sent 1 item from my order and then nothing. It's been 4 weeks and haven't heard anything about the rest of the items. I've filed a charge back with my bank but that 1 item they sent will probably mess it up. Say goodbye to your money buying online from Damgerfield.
Don’t use online purchasing
I truely do love the clothes but the online experience is so bad I’ll never use it again. Ordered early November and received one item out of the 3 ($15postage for a small pair of socks) highly suspect they’ll cancel the other 2 items. This is the third online order I’ve had that has been messed up, should have learned my lesson from the first which saw all items cancelled except a pair of earrings, again sent with a $15 shipping fee… if you have the ability to purchase from a physical store, do that. Online is rubbish, trying to contact them is useless they never get back to you.

Wish that I could give them negative stars. PLACED MY ORDER in November pre Black Friday Sales. I received one item out of 6 ! No response from Dangerfield until 2.5 weeks pass. Response : Here's a $10sorry coupon to use on your next purchase ( umm hell No ) After sending several emails only response received was oh we're transitioning. One tartan pinafore received from Factory X from Dangerfield. 8 emails not even responded to. The matter has now been escalated in PayPal and I will NEVER purchase from Dangerfield Again. -10/ 0
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I sent an order back weeks and weeks ago and they have not responded to any of my emails. I will never buy from them again but for now I am $118 out of pocket. Something needs to be done about them. So frustrated and angry. Their phone number goes nowhere as well.

I also wish I had read these reviews. Worst customer service ever, they just don’t respond. I’m waiting for a response from Atinder, who apologised that the dress had not been shipped, but that it was on a sourcing list. Why is it advertised on your website then, with a shipping timeframe? I was offered a refund. Have replied to this email and it’s been over a week and Atinder has not followed up with me. I want my refund now as I have had to now but something different for my sister for Christmas.
I even got a “we’re you satisfied” email from them when they haven’t resolved anything. Will never shop with them again unless they can turn things around and quickly!
