The quality of the composted bark is superb. It was delivered on time, the driver was really helpful and put the bag in a place where we could easily access it. We bought the bark to lighten our soil, bonus all our plants are looking very much healthier

I'm sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with the sample size. Please note that we advertise the weight of the sample on the product page, just above the "Add to Cart" button, to ensure transparency before purchase.
The £4 charge covers only the shipping and packaging costs, as the product itself is provided free of charge. Additionally, the two small bags of sweets included in your order were simply a goodwill gesture, along with a handwritten note with a discount code for a future order. I’m sorry if this didn’t meet your expectations.
I briefly spoke with you last week but have not heard back since. I now believe this has been left in a satisfactory manner for you and If there’s anything further I can do, please let me know.
