If I could give zero I would! I’ve reported the website to Action Fraud because I made an order with 1-2 express working days delivery on 8th Feb and it’s still not arrived. I sent an email with no response back, and the website is now unreachable for me. Disgusting.

This web site is a scam. Ordered 2 items 6 weeks ago, never arrived and company have never got back to any of my 6 emails chasing my order. They are ripping people off although I think their web site has finally been shut down so hopefully can’t rip anyone else off. Please be aware in case the site re-opens

Extremely Disappointed – Order Never Arrived!

I placed an order for a Dancing Cactus with 1-2 Working Days Express Delivery, but it's been well past that timeframe, and I haven't received my order. Despite reaching out to their support team, I haven't received any response or tracking details.

Yep I’ve been scammed too. No delivery almost a month later and no response to three emails/completion of ‘contact us’ form. No sign of anything although money’s been taken. Will be contacting my bank for support in getting a refund and reporting this.

Placed an order on 25.01 and express delivery was meant to arrive within 1-2 days. No delivery has arrived, no notification whatsoever and sadly I still have no dancing cactus! No replies to emails, neither to messages through Shop app. Totally disgraceful and most likely a scam!! Please do not order anything from their website, unless you want to lose your money : (

Not delivered as promised, emails not answered, think I've been scammed

This company sent the item, Evri left it on the street not near my property and it got stolen. Have been messaging for months and not even one reply. Avoid this company.

Scam company. The product arrived. Half of it was missing and it never worked. They say 30 day returns but not true. Complete silence despite multiple emails to them. Currently trying to get refund via credit card company

I was scammed out of an advent calendar this year. Delivery was promised on the 11th of December. The 30TH it was marked delivered when it was absolutely not, I have ring cameras no delivery. I also contacted my local post office to which they said they never had anything come for me (I'm a business owner and use this post office weekly and know everyone)

When I emailed SIX different times demanding a refund for being scammed, I was told it was delivered and that was that. I am livid.

Wish i read these reviews sooner. Ordered two cactuses as Christmas gifts for my niece & nephew. Firstly, only one arrived. I reported this and was sent a one line email saying they are issuing a replacement. I replied twice saying i urgently need this for Xmas but since then I've had no replies and nothing in the post.
To top it off, the one that did arrive doesn't even work.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCUMBAG SCAM ARTISTS

Absolutely appalling!!!!! Do not buy from them!
The service is non existent! My box came empty I sent prompts and prove beginning of November, I asked them to send replacement after 7 ignored emails they finally responded with no apologies nothing just said they will send a replacement we at the end of December and still nothing and still ignoring my emails !!! I should have gone to Amazon who I trust! The ignoring and keeping my money is just out of line !!!! Do not use guys !!!

Unlike other reviewers I did receive my cactus .
( although delivery took longer than expected, but that was couriers fault)
Unfortunately the cactus does not sing and dance.
I have emailed and sent a message re cactus not working properly but have not had a reply.

Order DC12793 hasn’t even arrived after being ‘dispatched’ ages ago, and no comms back from the company. Have asked them for a refund. Let’s see how it goes. Avoid buying this.

As the below reviewers have said, this is a fake product.
I also went on this website, assuming it was the official one compared to all the fakes on Amazon/ebay/Temu. Unfortunately it is the same, but for triple the cost you get a box with incorrect English.
The songs are inappropriate, item is faulty and there is no response from the company when requesting a refund. The email ends in Rosebear dot com which has nothing to do with cacti.
Congratulations on such a realistic website. Buyers - this is a scam.

This is a total scam comply that is located in east London and scams people into buying an original product but they actually send a fake that you can find on Temu much cheaper. No customer service and obviously no refunds as they will never answer back. Claim the product will be sent via next day but in reality is shipped in weeks and is damaged. I will report the website to the police and fraud departments. Stay away and do not waste your hard earned money

Scam website. After seeing these everywhere and for as little as a few pounds, I went via the dancing cactus .co.uk website thinking I was ordering from source and would receive an authentic quality product. However, the product arrived and is the same cheep rubbish as all the others selling for much less. What’s worse is that I received a damaged product and despite all my efforts to contact the company to arrange a return, I have received no response from them. Scam website, scam cheap product…. stay away!! if you do wish to waist your money, go for the ones from ebay which sell for a fee pounds…they're all thd same rubbish from china!!

The website states free next working day delivery, I placed an order on 30/08/24 and I received no communication from the company so I reached out on 04/09/24 asking for an update, again no response. I then reached out on 05/09/24 again requesting a refund as I was buying the toy as a birthday present which had since passed. Again, no response from the company. The next day I received notification stating the order had been shipped and then it was delivered on 10/09/24.

Despite contacting the company on numerous occasions, I received no communication back from them. No acknowledgment of the emails I sent previously. Nothing. Very disappointed
