Order placed several weeks ago, no communication other than an order confirmation. I’ve emailed several times but I get an auto response to say their inbox is full and my email has not been received. The phone number isn’t working, my calls are instantly disconnected. No one answers on Instagram either so I am out of options. Incredibly disappointing. I will have to contact my credit card company to request a refund. Unacceptable

Lovely company.

Sizing is always tricky with ballet stuff. This company was so helpful. Problems easily sorted, personal and prompt email replies. Quality is outstanding. Delivery took some time, but I don't think that's the company's fault. They kept me updated.

After ordering a leotard in January Dance pointe informed me there was a significant delay with the shipment.
I had emailed to cancel the order and requested a refund, as I required the leotard sooner.
The leotard appeared in April.
After sending over 6 emails and attempting to call 22 times with no response, I was very disappointed.
I have requested a refund and offered to send the leotard back- still no response.
I have also attempted to contact via Facebook.

Poor quality product, shows all finger marks when putting them on.

I have placed an order with these people and 10 days later am
Still waiting for my item. They say 48hr despatch in their website however that is not true and they do not update customer either. I have called numerous times however they do not answer the phone…My emails bounce back as their inbox is full (probably due to complaints) and they do not respond to any messages on any other social media platform they have I.e Facebook, Instagram. Appalling service…I have a little girls who’s going to be left without her costume for her ballet performance because of their unprofessional and disgusting service.

Ordered for the first time got my stuff two later best service thanks.

Delivery took over a month when it said 5 to 7 days, And communication was absolutely poor, would not recommend

Couldn't give 5 stars as I was not notified before purchase that the item was of stock. However, my frustration was quelled by an email suggesting an alternative in stock item matching my order, good work.

Dance Pointe supplied all our Dance World Cup dance accessories from hair pins to bun nets. I purchased the Plume underwear leotard for my teen dancer which is excellent quality and comes with clear bra straps so stays hidden under dance costumes. Capezio Hanami split sole ballet shoes are gorgeous and now my favourite soft ballet shoe. Top service and supplier 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Unfortunately my item was out of stock, but a refund was actioned immediately.
