Exactly the same as others. Payment taken straight away, tracking for a couple of weeks ......then nothing ! Site no longer available, emails bounce back as being timed out. They have closed up shop and moved on with our cash ! a sophisticated scam indeed. DO NOT GO NEAR danburn

Got scammed by Danburn.com paid for a Dyson hoover never received it!

SCAMMER - danburn.com web site - !!!
I ordered a C3 MIELE vacuum cleaner on the 21/02/2024 - paid £191.40 - all looked fine and I received an online receipt and tracking details all the way until tracking stated that it had been delivered but no one was in to accept. The next day I rechecked my tracking details and I could not get back into them. I emailed danburn.com and my emails are bouncing back. I have emailed the tracking company DMH Logistica - no reply. I have sent all details onto my credit card company.

Ditto all the above, can’t believe I fell for it. Item tracked to within 15 miles of my house then vanished.

Scam artist, didn’t think i would get caught out, I was wrong, to start with I had no tracking number but he answered that email with a tracking number, it was bounced all around Europe and finally got to Scotland then the tracking number no longer existed with my post code, I tried to contact him again and he has purposely blocked my email address, if I could give no stars I would but unfortunately we have to give one, I have been made to feel stupid as usually I’m quite astute, they rely on people feeling stupid so they don’t report them, don’t put yourself through this,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON, handed it over to fraud department at my bank can’t afford to loose £155.00

Scammed £329 good job I paid with a credit card.

Most certainly aboges website, do not part with any money, FEEL IT SHOP LTD should make the necessary refunds. However the Danburn website has now been taken down and should remain so.

Seems to be a scam, price is to good to not buy it, then it never arrives.

I did get a confirmation and tracking, the tracking worked for a few days... then as with the other people it disappeared.

Had an almost identical experience to Ivan smith paid £240 for a Bosch garden shredder can’t contact anyone did look like a proper website and logistics company tracked it all the way through to them having “tried” delivering the item then all records vanish! A very elaborate hoax I must say!(they had not tried delivering at all !) the payment company seems to be the only proper service and they certainly took my money okay!!

We think this company is a scam company and I would recommend you do not send them a single penny of your money.
its based in Ukraine to a Russian person for a start, it was set up in 2024 so has no history of trading at all and no reviews.
At first glance the website looks like a decent place to order from.
We ordered a Berghaus tent, unfortunately we paid via debit card not credit card or paypal.
We did not receive an email confirming reciept of order
After a week of inactivity we asked where it was to the customer support, we recieved a response and a promise that it had been sent out.
We received a tracking number from a huge logistics company but not one any normal consumer in the UK will have heard of, Logistica. Massive company not interested in single packages.

According to the tracking, after just under 3 weeks since the order, they apparently tried to deliver it, we have no evidence that this is true.
It was then returned to a depot then back out for delivery the next day. It then says damaged in transit and sent back to the company (which would be via Germany.)

I screen-shot the tracking text and emailed the support email. After a day this bounced back as not receiving emails. I have since emailed the other contact emails and on the contact sheet via the website and 12 hours later have not had a response.

And just now the tracking information has been taken off Logistica's tracking webpage, hence this review.

I will be surprised now if we do hear back from danburn.com and would happily remove this review if they actually do and refund us. I would suggest no one orders anything from danburn.com. and I have copied them into this review so they are aware, which will also go on other review sites.
