A great company to deal with, extremely helpful the whole way through, explained everything, sent plenty of photos of the work at all stages from beginning through to completion. Great standard of work and on time. Very pleased.

From booking an assessment and quote to completion of the work we felt very happy with the service. The assessor and the lads who undertook the job were professional and communicated with us every step of the way. We knew the job had to be done to protect our property and we felt the cost was well worth the peace of mind.

I had a couple of quotes from various companies but Steve instantly made me feel at ease with his knowledge and explanation of the works needed. There was no extreme upselling just no nonsense facts. The work was carried out to a high standard and the team kept the mess to a minimum and tidied up after themselves. I have already recommended the team but will continue to do so.

Miles from Damp HQ came round to check a potential damp issue in our house and we had a really good experience

He went around with his damp meter and checked the walls, explaining what he was seeing. I appreciated how honest his advice was - in our case he didn’t recommend any work at all and instead suggested a few simple lifestyle and ventilation changes that apparently should help.

No sales pressure - felt like he genuinely had our interests in mind rather than trying to sell to us.

Also just a very pleasant chap to have around the house - friendly, straightforward and happy to answer questions

Initial survey by Damp HQ was undertaken very professionally and well explained. Subsequent work to add several vents in the house and on outside storage rooms was undertaken with care and attention. Very happy with the work completed.

Damp HQ recently completed rising damp treatment in my property, including putting right areas of previous failed work carried out by a local trader.
